1. Having lunch with my friends and spending most of the time trying not to choke on our food with all the laughing that takes place. And when we cant hold it in, you'll see food and/or liquids shooting out of our mouths.. I'm sooooo gona miss our lunches during summer break!

2. Meeting my school friends and remembering all the fun and carefree days we had together

3. Lying on the beach with a book, a drink, a music player and some good company. When it gets dark and the waves start to get fierce, we set on the very edge of the shore and wait for a wave to hit us, pull us into the water and send us flying back out in a blink of an eye :D funnn!!

4. New shoes

5. To dress nicely and eat out @ a fancy place

6. Finding something that belonged to my childhood, holding it preciously in my hands and staring at it for ages, enjoying all the flashbacks that run through my head

7. Spending ME time

8. After I create a short animation, I keep watching it over and over again for a gazillion times, amazed at how good I am :P lol I'm so full of myself

9. Acting :D

10. Food, fOOd, & delicious FOOD !!

I made the most delicious red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting ever! I almost can't believe myself :P I have never liked cooking nor baking, but being so tempted by the looks of it I decided to try. They've got a scrumptious chocolaty flavor and the frosting is just perfect !

It doesnt really look as red as it should in the image. Its got this deep red velvety texture...

OK i'll stop >.<

Truely Thankful

I used to think that my life would never go back to what it used to be. I used to think that everything i've been dreaming of, the way i shaped my future, it was all gone. I used to think that no one is going to replace the ones i had. I used to thing that no place was like the place I was in. I used to think that nothing would ever be the same again.

But I was wrong..

I always kept questioning myself, whether i made the right decision to pause what i was doing for a while, and start fresh several months later. Although I believe Allah helped make everything go smooth and easy for me, I wasnt sure I was happy, or will change and be happy after it starts again.

Time proved me wrong..

I now truely believe that everything happens for a reason. We might not know it or realize it at the time it happens, or maybe never, but Allah shapes our lives in the most accurate measure of order. Thats how life moves on on this planet. What goes around comes around, and everyone gets what they deserve sooner or later.

I used to try hard to convince myself that life moves on and that we should moved on with it. Now, i'm moving on without really realizing it and I can barely catch up with all the progress. I feel much happier than I ever was. I am much more relaxed at what I do. The people around me are greater than I ever wished for il7emdilla, and I truely cherish them. I am finally getting to know the family that I was always far away from. I much more honest with myself. None of this would've happened if i hadnt made that decision. I might've never moved on at this pace or as fully as i have. I might've never got to know the truely amazing friends that I have. I might've never been as healthy as I am. I might've never had so much opportunities. I might've never been so close to my mum. And most importantly, I might've never been as happy.

I am finally ME. Not just the old me, but a better me. And I'm very glad and thankful for everything Allah has been granting me in the past year. Im looking forward for the bright future in front of me.

Life's Back

مبروك عليكم حلول شهر رمضان المبارك.. أعاده الله علينا و عليكم بالخير واليمن والبركات..

تقبل الله طاعاتكم، و صيامكم وقيامكم، وحسن عبادتكم..

Remember how I used to nag about how bored I was during the summer break? And how I suddenly shut up and disappeared? Well, that's because I did something kinda not useless :P I took Karate classes *haiiiiiyaaaaaaa* AND some dance classes which were super duper mega fun! Too bad I had to stop when school started.. Oh yeah, one more thing.. I started taking driving lessons! But of course, uni started, which meant that I no longer had time for anything, so yah.. stopped them too :( Not that I'm really head over heals with work or anything. I changed my major, I'm having more fun and more ME time - which means less work for me and more time to sit around, be lazy, and do nothing :P .. Naah, just kidding. I'm now less stressed and doing my work at a much slower pace than I used to when I was an interior designer. I can now breath normaly, and -as a friend of mine puts it- I now have a normal life like normal people! YES, thats how over stressed I've been..

Oh yeah, I spent the last weekend before school in Oman with my cousins, which was kinda fun.

Doesn't it always get more exciting towards the end?

Ya3ny why why why , why, why , why, WHY? Why do they keep doing that??! .. Maybe I should do something with the help of my fellow members at the Useless Club. Websites like YouTube -& Flickr- are mainly used by (and made for) useless people - US ! :'( and they just keep taking them away, one after the other..

The Uselessness Club

After all plans of vacationing abroad got cancelled, our highnesses have got nothing to entertain ourselves with untill the end of summer break. Anyone wishing to join our club of uselessness please give us a call or send us an email >_<

The only thing I've been doing to entertain myself lately is online shopping. Yah, that's how lazy i've become! Sitting my a** in the comfort of my own bedroom, with my good ol' laptop and wireless connection, I literally feel like I own the world :P Don't you sometimes wonder, could technology get any better? ya3ny sub7an Allah the level of advancement the world has reached is just WOW .. Yet we still go through certain phases when we feel that there's nothing left for us to do...

Forgive & Forget

There are certain qualities about human beings that are unexplainable. Sometimes we hate ourselves for forgetting a certain thing, while there are times when we are so thankful to God for his great gift of forgetfulness. My motto in life has always been Forgive & Forget, and I always believe that a person deserves to be forgiven and given a second chances, then by time, forget that you once even considered carrying anything against the person. I also believe that one should never EVER hate anyone, in fact, I wish for the word hate to be erased from each and every dictionary around the world. Its true I dislike some people, hate being in the company of certain ones, but I never taint my heart with the blackness and filth of hatred.

Why do we always want what we don’t have, cant have, or sometimes things that we know we cant have, coz we either cant afford them, we know they’re a waist of money and resources, or just because there is no point in having them ( like wanting a car when you know you cant drive >_<').
